The Essential TLC Story
Essential TLC Coaching was founded by board-certified, functional medicine health coach, Ashley Howell. With 10 years of experience working in the medical field, Ashley is passionate about the role health coaching plays in patient care.
"Throughout my tenure as a health coach working in medicine, I've had many doctors ask me the same questions; 'how does health coaching work in a medical practice', or 'how can I find a health coach like you'? I founded Essential TLC Coaching out of a desire to empower these healthcare providers. I've always been passionate about changing our broken healthcare system in my own personal way as a health coach working one-on-one with patients, but helping other doctors and healthcare providers implement health coaching in their own practices can have an even bigger impact on a wider scale - which is such an exciting prospect to me. Any healthcare provider recommending diet and lifestyle change to their patients needs a health coach on staff, and Essential TLC Coaching is here to help".
